Pros

Great Benefits, Special Projects, Wellness Program, Pay is some what reasonable. It's hard to get into this company, but the benefits make it worth it.

Cons

There is always that one person who hates their job, which lowers the moral of the team.. Because My husband and I work for the same company we had to share my baby bonding time. It's hard to get into this company, but the benefits make it worth it.

Pros

Overall SPS is a great company they have good benefits and try to promote an awesome culture. They encourage new ideas and recognize employees for their hard work. The culture is awesome and I really love my team!

Cons

I think the salaries could be a little more competitive compared to other healthcare providers in the area. There are definitely training issues in the patient service center, in my department we get an extreme amount of misdirected calls and it doesn't seem like the Utah and Sacramento offices are coming together to try and solve the issues. And lastly unfortunately for me the department I am in there is a lot of favoritism being shown but I see very positive experiences in other departments so I don't think it's the norm around SPS

One of the best work experiences I have had

Pros

I work with a fantastic team. People at work are happy. The benefits are amazing. There aren't many companies that still offer a bonus or a pension. Sutter takes care of their employees.

Cons

Location of our offices is not centrally located. It is a difficult commute for the majority of employees. Building is stuffy
