      Organization has Talented staff. Historically the company has been very employee oriented. My Division gies me a sense of pride in what we accomplish.

      Cons

      Currently there is an unknown future with the parent company, Sutter Health. New leadership doesn’t have the history of our company to know how well we have done on our own.
