      Great nursing staff, low pay

      Management does a great job of hiring team-oriented and energetic nurses. Good benefits and open-door policy with managers.

      Cons

      Low pay. Management has very little authority to change anything. Doctor-centered care not patient-centered.

      Amazing nurses, great pay since minimum wage at the time was 8.00/hour, time goes by quickly, lunch is pre paid.

      Some interns placed in non medical related positions.

      Pros

      Best part is helping someone in need. It goes beyond just lending a hand you are helping someone maintain their dignity ,health and overall well being ;that's priceless to me .

      Cons

      Loosing someone or explaining the deteriorating health of a patient to relative or loved one. Wanting to rehabilitate someone who's let go of the will to fight that can be very sad
