Very poor orientation and training. As a new employee, you are left completely alone to figure it out by yourself. All staff except for new hire work remotely. Poor consistency in training. Could it be Director's weakness? Non compliant with expiration dates on critical tests.

Micromanaging and they are more worried quality rather than what makes the patients actually help the patients out.
