      Meet a lot of people, great work environment. Staff is great

      Cons

      Sometime had to work 12 hr shifts, had to "float" to other areas of the hospital when there were people that call out.

      Pros

      None absolutely none none. Well I guess current nurses are able to steal money doing nothing in OT. You can sit around and do job only if you're in the in crowd.

      Cons

      Beware of the certain "mafia" in nursing. Watch your back as it is a backstabbing environment that encourages bullying and a blind eye by management

      My department is great and my boss is very supportive. I have had really great training and my director is always willing to talk and hear any issues.

      Cons

      I have not been here long enough. Less than 6 months from my hire date. But I would like more interaction with my colleagues.
