Pros

This company will lead you into big things as an experience based HR representative. They are not shy about allowing for experience or being willing to promote from within. Although they are rigorous about their interview and hire process, it’s because they are a high value and high opportunity employer. They will open doors for you in your HR career, no matter the specialty

Cons

The pay is lower than I think is equal to the amount of work. They are a California based healthcare company so I understand outsourcing to cut costs, but I do think there is room for improvement in their salary ranges for these “high effort low salary” positions. We work hard here, we care about people, we deserve better pay. This coming from an employee of the S3 employee line for HR at Sutter Health

Pros

Good health insurance benefits. Remotely managed. Reputable and considerate physicians to work with.

Cons

Under-paid/ No raise to compensate for juggling their chaos. Unappreciated Short-staff Mania! / Lack of departmental stability Management is practically non-existent and is definitely non-responsive. Restricted schedules Laughable PTO accrual & not all major Holidays observed Unfortunately, this is the experience I had with the last department I was associated with. Management is overwhelmed with more than 3- 4 departments to care for, which of course, leaves your department on the "back burner". It is completely short-staffed, as is the entire country...
