This company will lead you into big things as an experience based HR representative. They are not shy about allowing for experience or being willing to promote from within. Although they are rigorous about their interview and hire process, it’s because they are a high value and high opportunity employer. They will open doors for you in your HR career, no matter the specialty
Cons
The pay is lower than I think is equal to the amount of work. They are a California based healthcare company so I understand outsourcing to cut costs, but I do think there is room for improvement in their salary ranges for these “high effort low salary” positions.
