      - Great benefits: Almost free medical/dental/vision, tuition reimbursement, 403b & 401k, employee discounts, PTO, etc - Lots of room for upward mobility and department transfers - Lower management does everything they can to help staff meet their goals - Starting pay is $21/hr, pay cap is $34/hr - Daily training time, which can be extended if requested.

      Cons

      - Upper management makes executive decisions without adhering to input from the Service Desk staff and lower management (Although, they'll always be happy to listen to concerns.) - Very high turnover - Pay is non-negotiable. - If you are good at your job you will be given more responsibility with no fiscal compensation.
