      Pros

      The rehabilitation team felt very cohesive and tight-knit. The PTs and OTs were very collaborative. I frequently performed co-treatments and discussed patients with OTs. I felt comfortable going up to any of the rehab team to ask a question whenever I needed guidance.

      Cons

      I am looking for work at the moment and have applied to job postings on the Sutter Health website for CPMC. However, I later found out that those positions had already been filled and simply had not been taken down. It would be nice to have access to an updated listing of open positions.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity for training and advancement with contract roles. Good pay. Able to have flexible schedules. Lots of growth coming up. On top of industry standards in technology for the most part.

      Cons

      They rely too much on hiring contractors rather than bringing talented candidates on permanently with full benefits. We have ourselves and families to take care of. HR not up to current standards in some regions.
