Pros
Sutter is a great place to work! I strongly believe in our mission and values. Sutter offers great benefits, competitive pay, a diverse workforce and opportunities for growth. Sutter fosters a collaborative workplace that is inclusive and open to new ideas. I have always had very strong leaders. I've had a great 6 years!
Cons
I really don't have anything negative to say about my experience at Sutter but if I had to make a suggestion for improving a process or policy, I would recommend a policy that allows exempt, non-acute care staff (i.e., Business Office staff), to work remote.
