There is no growth in technical wing. Only way to grow is to shift to management side of things.

Worked for an affiliate. Overall management was good and fair to employees. IT was ran well.

Good people. Was like the Roach motel. Most checked in and don't check out. Most work was well thought out.

Cons

Lack of upward mobility. Like typical medical, slow to adopt new technologies and some "old boys club" favoritism was observed.
