Salary not very motivational, also forget about pay raises, even if you get one it would be like 1% or <1% at 6 months A lot of custom tools things they force you to use, and they also do not work well and are very frustrating. They force like 4-5 newer versions of the product / year which is way to many and every employee cries about this. Still, the upper management does not care, in many of these new versions, there isn't anything new , they just moved code from one part to another, call it "refactor" and create a lot, and I really mean a lot of bugs.
