Pros

Suzano is a company in constant transformation, so employees has always new opportunities and can create innovation.

Cons

Still very formal and traditional, there are too much bureaucracy, and things can take time.

Pros

- 1% of labors are trying to convince the top managerial team to change the mindset to absorb new concepts in business and management; - Good place for well-to-do workers.

Cons

- Extremely hierarchical company. You will meet thousand BOSSES and not leaders; - Never adopt or even hear your opinion or idea; - HR department is in charge to fill the papers out only; - Career evolution happens only if your superior quit or die; - They really do not care about employee personal life; - They developed an open space office, but you must remain in your desk in front of your boss!; - The company does not have a clear culture or values and NEVER, NEVER try to purpose something... you will be in risk and you will receive a label described "arrogant" or "too much motivated person".

Good company, dedicated employees. Suzano is looking to transform the industry inside and out by setting an example for other less disciplined players.

Cons

Lack of solid processes, tends to not deliver service to customers, however they buy product because few competitors are located in Brazil.
