      Once you get assigned to a project you'll never hear from them again, unless the project is ending.

      Cons

      - lower salary compared to the market - expensive medical insurance is offered as benefit and they don't explain it to you - They keep the amount of money the client is paying as a secret. - Have to stay for at least a year or pay $10K USD to "recover" what they pay for you. They tell you this until you arrive. - They put you in the fisrt proyect they can. - Your project can change of place anytime and they offer absolutely no help with relocation if this happens - They doesn't pay 401K even though they say they will - They act like they are doing you a favor by hiring you and that you should be grateful to be with them.
