      Pros

      Svam, has been a mentor working through multiple stages on my professional career as a software developer as well as a human being. Also as an ex-pat, the cultural barrier, language and even the way to work on the daily basis has been a challenge, I just want thanks to everyone, sales, hr department, and directors for all the help and support,

      Cons

      Nobody is perfect, even including me. Hence I can not say anything terrible about SVAM, and I can not blame or said something terrible all the work depends on your effort; therefore study, learn, and improve is up to you.
