Pros

Svam is a good company to start your career in the USA as they will file your h1b and reimburse major expenses. Good at filing green card and other basic benefits.

Cons

not a great paymaster initially.

*Salary is excellent. *You get to travel and know different cities and states in the U.S. *Benefits are awesome. *They sponsor your work documents as a foreigner

Cons

*As a contractor, depending on the season it can take a while for you to find a gig, but that's just the nature of the job.
