      Freedom to explore any opportunity within the organisation. Fun@workplace.

      Cons

      No guidance for individuals. Lacks vision in team growth and client acquisition. No proper watch to middle management by Top Management. Excessive authority defined to middle management. Hire and Fire policy. Appraisal defined by favouritism.

      Pros

      Extremely supportive CEO. Very cohesive and helpful office staff. Friendly work environment with great mentorship, enriching projects and strong opportunities for professional growth. Solid pay with excellent perks (such as guest house). The company followed through on all of their promises.

      Cons

      None. No company is perfect, but SVAM was exceptional. I now work for a large Fortune 500 company and I genuinely miss the personalized attention I received while working at SVAM.
