Fruit, they got rid of 1950’s dress code

Cons

Management is tied up in meeting and doesn’t have time to engage with daily work. The company is now reducing its engineering workforce by 20%. They are allowing old engineers to retire, not promoting employees with 5-15 yrs experience and recently increased pay and vacation for people under 30.
