Pros

Good work life balance and people are friendly and helpful. This is a great place to work. The company focuses on development and training for everyone.

Cons

The only con that I had about working at Swagelok was trying to advance higher than a supervisor. It was difficult to get into a management position.

Great environment and people, put you in a position to succeed. Good hours/ vacation time and good benefits. Overall very good place to work.

Cons

Structure of sales is not great and the direction can be confusing. Not sure if industry/company can continue to grow.
