      Decent work/home life Good pay. Amazing benefits Decent raises

      Cons

      Support sucks plays favoritism Basically if they don’t like you they will let you get fired. Difficult to get decent yearly reviews always find a way to rate you as “partially effective” preventing you from getting raises. Basically have to go above and beyond to get a decent raise
