While there is plenty of opportunity for growth, it's really only focused in a few areas. There's not a wide variety of career paths at a distributor.

The company was not fair to hard working minorities. The supervision would look for ways to keep the quantity of minority's to a minimum. The minority's were not promoted no matter how many hoops they had to jump. Very few minorities in supervision.
