      Pros

      Growth mentality, great teammates, strong work ethic, very well managed financially.

      Cons

      A bit over managed. Too many folks trying to make a "name" for themselves creates an environment where only conforming ideas are allowed. No out of the box thinking at all. Technology is falling behind in some areas of the company.

      Pros

      When working on the shop floor, it is easy to start on the bottom and move up if you work hard and put in the appropriate effort.

      Cons

      When working in the office, it is hard to move up. There is a lot of turnover. Poor decision making my management. Mangers do not interact with their employees.
