Great co-workers and small office feel. Easy to work with customer base and exceptional product to represent. Management respects employee longevity.

Cons

Management direction can feel misguided or not helpful towards career growth. Compensation can tend to become stagnate due to positional stagnation. Positional accountability can vary greatly and general expectation to consistently work in company areas outside your current position.

New owner lacks integrity, but is a salesman by nature and knows how to say the right things to make people feel good. If you're willing to be part of the boys' club and be in lockstep with the owner, you'll do fine.
