Pros

the owners really make it feel like family, the benefits are great and you dont need to worry about job security. coming from the usual corporote world, swampfox is an awesome company.

Cons

definitely been some cultural hires in the ps department, but that's really hard to avoid

social work culture relaxing management flexibility

Cons

a ton of work outside of normal business hours while management can be relaxing, they're also sometimes invasive. They've done a lot of firings lately, and every time we're told to stay calm afterwards.
