Pros
It is very obvious that the senior people at Indeed cares about its employees. And this care is authentic. I know this not only from company-wide communications, but also from my personal run-ins with our leaders. They are kind, caring people and they show it. It means a lot to me to have that sort of emotion coming from our leaders. They have handled this working from home problem with COVID 19 very professionally and helped all staff feel at ease.
Cons
Occasional lack of clarity with next tasks, but its difficult when everyone is working remotely with this Coronavirus going around.
