      Pros

      This is a very supportive company to work for and there are many opportunities for progression. Pay is also competitive although not always great. I would recommend this company if you are interested in gaining some meaningful work experience.

      Cons

      One of the most competitive and challenging workplaces. Great opportunities ahead. I worked with directors and managers very closely and attended a CFO meeting just as an assurance summer intern.

      - Free lunches - Free coffee - Rare appearances from the office cat - Coworkers - Location

      Cons

      - Clumsy, chaotic management style - Minuscule reasons for termination (the whole office has been terminated, essentially; contact any previous employees on LinkedIn) - Dishonestly (required to lie to clients about office location)

      Pros

      Management are very hands on and exposed me to not only working in the business to how to run a business . Helped me build confidence, as I didnt know it was that hard, and no-one really knows what they are doing, they just go with their gut and the things they learnt up to that moment. I actually think I could run a business now....HA! My manager was easy going and was patient when I made mistakes, but they do expect you to try your hardest. If you sit on your phone all day though you will get fired... saw that first hand!

      Cons

      The company will want you to perform, and sometimes it causes some to act a little catty and that sometimes makes it painful to be around. Management could do more to stop this kind of behavior. Pay could have been a little better but the bonuses and free lunches were good. Office is next to Big Ben in Central London and is VERY VERY expensive if you want to live near the office.
