Due to the size of the company, networking opportunities can be limited but that is easily address through seminars, workshops and etc.

*Global organization, so you are working with colleagues in NY, India and London. *Culture focuses on continued professional development and growth. *Transparent organization that focuses less on hierarchy and more on team collaboration in hitting goals. *The head of the business sits right on the floor with us and is approachable.

Cons

Due too the research aspect of the work, the office can be quite at times, but we make up for that at our weekly team lunches (paid for by the company).
