Pros

60% off discount Bonus (depends if hit target) Made friends for life Great support from store manager and assistant manager. 6.6 weeks annual leave. Career progression

Cons

Bad pay - only £11.48 - only get paid £1 more for the hour if you are key holder. No commission. Incentives not so great. Christmas gifts from the company not so great (and rewarding) like before. Used to give us Selfridges gift cards (£100) but recieved a flask from the company and it felt like they didn't want to go the extra mile to appreciate the hard work staff put in and it looked like they got that out of the stockroom. Not great flexibility for annual leave. Can only take 2 weeks off at a time and can't take 6.6 weeks off in one go. Won't pay you if you work over 38 hours - only option is to take time off in lieu.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. We’re glad to hear that you appreciated the employee discount, career progression opportunities, and the support from your store management team. Our management will be thrilled to read your thoughts! One of our top priorities is to continue enhancing our employee experience. We are very sorry to hear you felt the pay and benefits were not according to your expectations. Here at Swarovski, we strive to remain competitive in our compensation practices and regularly review our pay rates and benefit structures. We understand also that flexibility in scheduling is important to employees, and it is always our goal to accommodate our employees’ private lives as much as possible. Our hope is to make each individual employee, from our stores to our corporate offices, feel that they are valued, listened to and feel that they belong.
