Pros

Employment during times of uncertainty .

Cons

30 min lunch No raise Passive Aggressive Demands Lack of Clear Vision Wants to be luxury but as no idea what it means to be Luxury Company is totally toned deaf, ghosted everyone when it came down to annua reviews based on individual sales performance, Made a change to monthly bonus, harder to achieve in today's economy. Corporate is an unorganized mess, New CEO Alexis, only cares about making money, adding another notch on his belt. His career path is a bit unstable. Doubt he will be there in 5 years.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We appreciate it very much. In order to retain its strongly competitive global position, Swarovski continuously looks for ways to improve and adapt its business and processes to stay one step ahead. In this context, Swarovski is taking initiatives that aim to support its ongoing success. Changing ways of working naturally includes a learning curve, which holds true for transformations just as much as for IT driven changes such as new tools or systems. We therefore count on your understanding and support in helping crucial knowledge being shared and new knowledge being acquired. Once again, we want to thank you for your review and wish you much success in your career. Pros

- Interesting industry - Used to attract good and competent people but they unfortunately do not stay very long because of the culture, chaos and lack of career perspective

Cons

- No meritocracy or performance based culture - The strategic direction and organisation is changing constantly ( several times a year) - Numerous organisational structuring ( firing and hiring) leading to waste of time/money/talent/ unexecuted strategies and work - unprofitable company: why join or stay unless there is a possibility to learn a unique skill or grow? - incompetent C-suite
