We retrieve free product every quarter of our choosing, receive a bonus if your store makes 90% or more of your monthly goal and you get 50% off most product,30% off diamonds. They have great training modules and are pretty good with training overall but it depends heavily on who your Store manager is

Cons

Management will make or break your team. Staff retention will also depend on who your store manager is. Swarovski is wonderful magical company but the policies can be unclear and sometimes it feels like all managers interpret it differently.
