Pros

They really push you outside of your comfort zone when they need an extra hand. If you're motivated, you will excel. If you're not then you'll get tired easily. The compensation was above average

Cons

Remember that motivation I was talking about in the Pros? They need to work on keeping YOU, the employee, motivated. After expressing where I'd like to see myself at the company, they did minimal to help me get there. The role felt very much isolated from other teams even though you worked for all times. You were not 100% included in all team activities, which did nothing for keeping me motivated. The environment could be toxic due to other employees' attitudes/nature of industry.
