Pros

-Health insurance is not bad and cheap compared to other retail places.

Cons

-Passive Aggressive Management - I legit thought our store was doing not awesome because of the behavior of management but upon a slip up I found out we were making way more then our goals monthly and doing PHENOMENAL. Wouldn't have had a clue otherwise. - Had major issues with trying to get dates off around any holiday, Swarovski first your life second! - I got 3 raises with my time with this company. The first two were a penny each the last was 19 cents. Talk about spitting in my face wanted to quit on the spot every time. -"Bonuses" are great for your store manager but not for employees- literally if we hit our goal I'd get a hundred bucks at the end of the next month. Ridiculous. -Insanely meticulous about behavior in the store, I've been scolded for leaning and where I'm standing even when I've had a bad ankle. -Have been timed along with other employees during my bathroom breaks. -When hired wasn't informed of the crazy strict dress code and I needed the job so had to pry my nails off and dye my hair something 'natural with no patterns'- funny considering a lot of the models will be given colored hair. -I was vocal about my concerns with things like my raise which they did not like always were passive aggressive and acting like me wanting to make even a dollar more was a crime against the company. I would constantly give feedback on surveys thay nobody reads or cares about (and I was aware of this!) -Work life balance is atrocious. - I could go on forever but as someone whose worked retail and luxury retail for 10+ years this was the first job to even push me to the point of stress that my hair was falling out and I was breaking out in stress hives constantly. PLEASE RUN SO FAR FROM THIS COMPANY! - Very excited to read the automated response from Swarovski that I've seen on other negative reviews! I'm sure they are passing it on the management for them to ignore! (Yeah right.)

Pros

Creative Freedom You get to work with a visually rich brand that values art, design, and bold storytelling. High-Caliber Network Collaborating with top chefs, designers, performers, and luxury clientele opens valuable doors. Brand Reputation Being associated with Faena adds prestige to your resume or portfolio. Passionate Leadership Management is known to be visionary and deeply involved in the brand’s mission. Learning & Growth You gain hands-on experience across events, luxury hospitality, social strategy, and content creation.

Cons

Fast-Paced Environment Events, guests, and campaigns change quickly. You’ll need to be adaptable and often on call. Creative Direction May Shift Faena is a highly curated brand; your vision may need to align closely with leadership’s. Limited Work-Life Balance (at times) Weekends, evenings, and holiday coverage might be required, especially during peak seasons. Internal Competition or Bottlenecks Decision-making can be layered, and working through approvals can sometimes delay content rollouts.
