Discounts, quarterly jewlery allocation, and beautiful pieces to own.

Cons

Corporate/Central seems completely disconnected from what's best for the store employees. Especially, around holiday and inventory time. Delusional about pay rates for Sales Consultants.

Pros

Staff is nice and flexible with hours. Store is always kept clean. Everyone gets along pretty well. It's not hard work just standing during your shift.

Cons

There are no benefits for part time. The store at the galleria mall is privately owned and have no sales like the corporate stores. Sales goals are usually not met. And employee discount is really nothing.
