Pros

Amazing manager and team work. Very good training to arm you with strong sales techniques (transferable skill).

Cons

My concession got closed down even though it was highly profitable. Management decided to become more "up-market", which is a real shame. I don't think it was a good tactic, looks like it'll lose out more than it'll gain from this move as it makes most customers feel unapproachable and the price level is not high enough to compensate for less consumers.

Pros

Very professional background, good teamwork and a nice work environment.

Cons

Bad work-life balance, almost no time for hobbies, family. Must stand 8-10 hours/day in high-heel shoes, the job is getting more and more monotonous with time, sometimes too stressful especially compared to the salary.

Pros

Company with the most fringe benefits you'll ever see. Commited team with only the very best of their respective professional fields.

Cons

Taff market situation. Company has to manage the turnaround but is trapped in its own heritage.
