Treat Staff like trash Head office and area managers think they can treat you like a nobody. Salary is not good training is so bad have to work hard and do extra hours but don't get paid for it. They don't like you telling them that things need to get better.

flexible schedule decent discount and some free jewellery start above minimum wage progressive pay (commission) I love my coworkers Awesome if you like sales great as a part time job especially if you are a student as it is basically stress free and you can make decent money

Cons

very poor communication from head office head office and sometimes management will undermined you in front of a customer even though you are following company policy commission could and should be higher rarely give raises best times to make sales is during the holidays so it can be difficult to get those off, i haven't been home for Christmas in 2 years
