False Promises and Silent Firing: A Toxic Culture of Stagnation and Disposability

The company claims to promote values like innovation and inclusivity, but in reality, new ideas are not welcomed, and outdated tools like Excel sheets and Word templates are still heavily relied upon. Employees who attempt to stand out or innovate are often discouraged and dismissed, typically by poorly trained managers who likely feel their positions are threatened. I felt gradually pushed out, experiencing a form of “silent firing” for several months before being laid off and replaced by someone else (feedback focused mainly on negatives, confusion and conflicting information, micromanagement) It feels like they treat people as disposable, using them until they’re worn out and ready to be replaced. Most colleagues feel the same way but are too afraid to speak up. They’ll only admit these things to you once they know you’ve been fired.
