      Not enough to over come the cons.

      Cons

      Lack of safety training, safety equipment, the right tools for the job. You will likely be trained by someone who is in that position because they have been there longer and not off merit. Most technicians are handyman who think they are contractors, they rush through jobs so they can get home early.
