      Makes up monthly target quota as the year goes by. Makes monthly target goals that are not achievable.

      Pros

      Learn new skills, troubleshooting, get huge biceps from hammer drilling through brick walls all day, great boss, see the country, great stress releiver, smash concrete, become a real man, work independently, grow, good pay.

      Cons

      You have to stock your own truck every morning at a specific location typically very far from the jobs, prepare to work up to 14hr days as a newbie, solitude, lose feeling in your hands and fingers from constant vibration, no free time. These all lessen over time if you really figure things out.
