Pros

Swaybox is doing some cool things, and the people I worked with were great

Cons

Everything else. Hours were horrible, expected to respond at all hours of the day or night, and I have never been gaslit so horribly. Management is rude and disrespectful and adheres to 0 boundaries you may try and set. Oh and you’ll get blamed for anything that goes wrong.

Pros

They are doing some very cool things.

Cons

Extremely toxic environment. Yelling, screaming, and a ton of other inappropriate comments by upper management on a daily basis. You are discouraged to ask questions, and will be screamed at if you have questions for not being able to figure things out. It's normal that this industry is fast faced, but coupled with the disorganization it becomes chaotic and unmanageable
