Horrendous management decision making. Infantile and hostile behavior by leadership, due to total lack of understanding of how a film is made. Information silos in all directions leading to confusion, redundancy, frustration, and temper tantrums. Experience is looked at as a negative. Culture of fear does not even begin to cover it.
The workplace environment is unmatched, a big group of happy artists working collaboratively, doing what they love. Great at giving feedback, very creative and fun. Literal dream job.
