Management can sometimes be not the best with scheduling

Bad Management!! Primarily why I was motivated to write this review. Coaching classes isn’t fun either! Trainers have to clean showers. All for $20 an hour. What?! A joke. I only got into the fitness industry because of how passionate I was and how rewarding it was, this job isn’t it! The pay is ridiculous for having to do both sales and training. There should be separate people hired to do each. Got the same exact feedback from another trainer working there. Pay should also be higher for experienced instructors. Management was a joke. It’s clear the Manager is spread too thin and stressed. Disappointed in the way things were handled. Would not recommend to any friends or trainers.
