Good benefits when payed on time

Cons

Leadership incompetent. Competent leadership was sidelined. CFO is completely useless. CEO is a non-entity that is too busy selling smoke on Linkedin to actually run the company. He has now actually gotten a job in another company, so he doesn't even work at his own company any more. I know of people still there whose payroll is still months late and don't leave in fear of not getting paid.

Good salary with good benefits.

Cons

There is no order, 80% of working time are unnecessary meetings, there is no leadership, "flexible time" does not exist, they call you at any time and you must answer. BAD PRACTICES IN EVERYTHING!
