Pros

Good wages, 7 weeks paid holiday, interesting work, a strict zero-harassment policy and a nice place to work at generally.

Cons

As it's, for obvious reasons, a state run authority there are sometimes long "paths" that matters must take whch can at times be frustrating. As an example ordering needed items may take long times due to the huge overhead in a state run organization. That's about all the downsides
