The office environment is professional, organized and supportive. The company gives you all the tools for your work and your professional growth. Despite having prior personal injury work experience, I feel I can learn more things at SJ.

I’ve been with the Firm for almost four months now, and I truly love everything about it. Everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly, and there’s a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration. What stands out the most is how much upper management genuinely cares about the Case Managers, they regularly check in with us and ask if there’s anything they can do to make our work easier. It’s a great environment to be part of!

Cons: Honestly, I don’t have anything negative to say..... I genuinely love what I do and feel grateful to be part of such a supportive and positive work environment.
