Great training, software, and most of all - people!

The firm has really streamlined the training process for its attorneys to allow for a period to transition casework - if you like high paced fulfilling work with great staff and supervisors who are not micro-managing beyond revenue expectations, this is an awesome place for a career in pre-litigation personal injury.

Cons

The high-paced environment is not ideal for everyone and the turnover sometimes upsets clients with delays in their client resolution. However, management is great at addressing these concerns and the software allows for a quick catch up on the load of casework!
