The people and culture is something i've seen before and makes coming to work exciting and fun. I feel appreciated in my position and feel management are professional and caring. Fun environment, good pay, fast paced environment, stable, great office!

Pros

Great benefits. Flexible schedule. Fun culture. Excellent training and mentoring. I’ve worked two roles while at Sweet James and I feel like both my managers have been encouraging, supportive, caring, and patient. Everyone on the teams I’ve worked on have always been very helpful. I’ve heard about old management and personally have not felt or seen any negativity whatsoever. Everyone has made me feel like I’m part of a team, and I’ve felt welcomed since I have been apart of the Sweet James family. I feel like the work I do everyday makes an impact.
