Pros

Caring organization. Senior Leadership listens and cares about all staff in the organization. Very transparent in their communications. New executive team - lots of positive changes. This is the best place I have ever worked.

Cons

Salary and benefits may not be what they are in the "for profit" world but the work that we do and the difference we make are what matters. Pay is a bit less but not significant. Other than that nothing.

Pros

Flexible scheduling for PRN staff. Amazing team to work with The kiddos are wonderful Pay raises with experience and time worked at the company Trainings that keep you up to date on the state and facility protocols. Some of the training count towards college credit.

Cons

Lately there has been a high turn over due to staffing restrictions and lack of overtime.

Pros

This is a good opportunity to help kids build relationships and have the chance to be a fully functioning member of society. The staff here is very supportive of each other and there is opportunity for advancement. Many opportunities for training.

Cons

The salaries could be higher, but everyone got a huge raise recently. Direct care positions can be a bit dangerous due to the nature of the work.
