      Fantastic Kitchen to work in

      Pros

      The benefits are fantastic for kitchen workers, because the industry standard is pretty terrible. The work life balance is amazing, and overtime is discouraged. The vast majority of employees are amazing people, who treat the kitchen employees with respect and kindness. I love all the perks Sweetwater offers, ranging from the massive Holiday Party, all the way down to tastings to enjoy the newest product a food/beverage company offers.

      Cons

      Some employees have a sense of entitlement and treat the kitchen staff like we are lesser people.

      Pros

      We used to get spiffs, but I've heard they just keep those now and add them to inventory, but you can still get it at cost. You meet a ton of cool people.

      Zero- and I mean zero- work life balance. Eh.

      Pros

      Sweetwater is a place that allows much growth for those who work hard and have the skillset to grow. The onsite amenities are fantastic, and allow for the breaks when needed. Things like good range of food in the diner, the free gym and personal trainer, free clinic, fantastic discounts for employees, and activities for families.

      Cons

      Sweetwater is a very fast paced, hard working culture. This can be a bit of a shock for those that may not be used to this, but the support is absolutely there for those who communicate and collaborate.
