From the people and the culture, to my manager, the work itself, and even the Fort Wayne area, this has been a genuinely positive experience for me and my family, and I’m excited for the years to come. I’ve spent years searching for the right place to grow, and for the first time in a long while, I can truly see myself building a long-term career here. As a father, stability and balance matter deeply to me, and Sweetwater delivers that in a meaningful way. The way Sweetwater approaches its people, its culture, and its work truly stands out, especially compared to what I’ve seen across my career.
