Managers give you the autonomy to run your own business but are there to support you if you need help. Rewards are great if you continually put in the work and are just a pleasant human being to interact with.

Cons

Long days and a lot of different tasks thrown at you at once. You handle thousands of customers and it can cause a lot of headaches

Most ethical company I have ever seen. Company takes care of employees better than family! On site Doctor, great dining areas, many services for the employees provided. Too many positives to mention. Pay is compensatory with the work you do. Great autonomy given to employees

Cons

You work hard for the money. Long hours, and stressful, If you work long and hard, you are paid well. If you are a slacker, or not self motivated, yoou can easily wash out.
