Change happens quickly so growth and new ideas move forward quickly compared to many other companies of this size. Great onsite amenities and benefits - you don’t have to leave campus during the day to do things like eat lunch, get a haircut, see the doctor, or workout!
Cons
With so much growth so quickly, as in any company comes learning and growing pains like adjusting physical work areas, learning new processes and team structures, communicating between ever growing departments, etc. New hires should know coming in that they need to be flexible and adaptable but that’s not necessarily a con - growth and change that can also bring the biggest personal rewards and growth into new opportunities!
